Open Basket Instructions

An open basket is a convenient way to combine multiple smaller orders until you reach the $100 minimum for free shipping. Here’s how it works:

Starting an Open Basket:

• Use code OpenBasket25 at checkout on your first order, or message us to start an open basket.

Adding to Your Basket:

• To add more items, use code OpenBasket25 at checkout each time and make sure to use the same shipping address.
• Pay for each order as you place it.

Closing Your Basket:

• Once your paid orders reach a total of $100, use code CloseBasket25 at checkout to request shipment, or message us.
• If you need part of your order shipped sooner, you can pay for shipping. Your basket total will then adjust to reflect the remaining unpaid items.

Important Details:

• Open baskets remain active as long as you make a purchase every 30 days. If no purchases are made for 30 days, the basket will close and an invoice for shipping will be sent.
• No returns or exchanges once an item has been paid for.
